Can I cancel my flight ticket?

It is usually not possible to get a full refund for every flight ticket which is cancelled. Every airline has its own set of rules

regarding this matter. This will be subject to variation regarding the booking class. If you want to cancel your flight you can call our 

martiGO Call Center which is operating 7/24. The fee is 30 Euro for this procedure.
